What we collect
We only collect what you send us or what is needed to run the website:
- Contact details and messages you send through WhatsApp, email or the contact form: name, company, email address, phone number and the content of your message.
- Documents you choose to send for a permit application, such as passport pages, certificates and company documents.
- Anonymous usage statistics from Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights. These tools do not use cookies and do not identify individual visitors.
Why we use it
We use personal data to answer your enquiry, to prepare and file the permits you ask us to handle, to remind you of upcoming deadlines, and to meet our legal obligations. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
To process a permit we submit the required data to the relevant government institutions, such as the Ministry of Manpower, the Directorate General of Immigration and the civil registry. We also rely on service providers to run this website and our email, including Vercel (website hosting) and Google Workspace (email), which may store data outside Indonesia. Where data is transferred abroad, we use providers that offer adequate protection, as required by Law No. 27 of 2022.
How long we keep it
We keep personal data for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, including the duration of the permits we manage for you, and for any period required by law.
Your rights
Under Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection you may ask us to:
- access the personal data we hold about you and obtain a copy;
- correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
- delete data or stop its processing, where the law allows;
- withdraw consent you have given.
