When a foreign employee leaves Indonesia permanently, the stay permit is closed through an Exit Permit Only (EPO). The employer's records should be updated at the same time, so the company's foreign worker file stays accurate.

Questions
What if someone leaves without an EPO?
The permit stays open in the records, which can cause problems for the company and for the person's future applications. If the person has already left Indonesia, the sponsor can still close it with an ERP / TSP while the permit is valid, and we handle that for you.
