An Exit Permit Only (EPO) is arranged while the foreigner is still in Indonesia. When a KITAS or KITAP holder has already left Indonesia and will not come back on that permit, the sponsor closes it instead with an ERP tidak kembali (exit re-entry permit, not returning). Immigration now also calls it a Terminate Stay Permit (TSP).
The application must be filed before the stay permit expires. We prepare it with you as the sponsor, file it through the sponsor's e-Visa account and close the related company and family records once it is issued.

Documents usually needed
- Request letter from the sponsor and the sponsor's identity card

Questions
What is the difference between an EPO and an ERP / TSP?
Both close a stay permit. An EPO is arranged while the person is still in Indonesia, before departure. An ERP tidak kembali / TSP is filed by the sponsor after the person has already left Indonesia.
Does the person need to come back to Indonesia?
No. The sponsor files the application, so the person does not need to return. We ask for copies of their documents, including the departure stamp.
Is there a deadline?
Yes. The application must be filed before the stay permit expires, so contact us as soon as you know the person will not return.
