Visit visas

Short trips for meetings, site visits and audits: visa-free entry, visa on arrival, and single- or multiple-entry visit visas.

Not every trip needs a stay permit. Depending on nationality and purpose, visitors can enter visa-free, use a visa on arrival (30 days, extendable once), or apply in advance for a single-entry or multiple-entry visit visa through the e-Visa system.

Business visits allow meetings and site visits, but not productive or technical work. We check the purpose of the trip and recommend the right visa before anyone books a flight.

How we handle it

  1. Check

We match nationality and planned activities to the visa that allows them.

  2. Apply

We prepare the sponsor letter and submit the e-Visa application where one is needed.

  3. Extend

We handle extensions where the visa type allows them.

Documents usually needed

  • Passport with sufficient remaining validity
  • Return or onward ticket
  • Invitation or sponsor letter for sponsored visit visas

The exact list depends on the case. We send a checklist for your situation after the first review.

Questions

Can engineers do installation work on a business visit?

No. Hands-on technical work counts as work and needs a working permit, even for short assignments. Tell us the planned activities and we will recommend the right route.

Tell us who is coming and when.

Send the passport and position details on WhatsApp and we reply with the steps, the documents and a schedule.
