  • Scan of Passport with a minimum validity period of 18 months, Scan of Insurance, Scan of red and white background photos, Scan of Account Statements for the last 3 months, Scan of Proof of Ownership/Rent of Accommodation, Scan of Proof of having employed an Indonesian citizen as an AST, driver or gardener.
